No matter where you wander don't go far without the vision and clarity of this rugged Nomad eyewear. It's Julbo's top-seller a highly technical (CE Class 3 to Class 4--which means that these things can block the brightest natural light on the planet) photochromatic Alti chrome X4 lens that darkens depending on the light intensity. This particular lens is so effective that Julbo doesn't recommend it for driving or situations where illumination changes faster than the photochromatic lens can adjust. If you're alpine-bound or cruising in a catamaran this lens is pure comfort for your corneas. If you want something that consistently blocks the brightest light check out the Nomad with the mirrored Alti Spectron X6 lens.
